AM Electrical have just completed our first major job within Central London. A new build, mixed-use development on a canal-side site, the Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park project involved the development of 332 modern serviced accommodation rooms, commercial and retail space, and the replacement of the existing Westminster Cleansing Depot with an upgraded structure.

The two and a half year project, valued at £52.5m is designed to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating and ranging in height from three to 12-storeys, the development offers a variety of residents’ amenities at ground and lower ground levels, such as a well-being centre, a swimming pool and a cinema..
