We returned to the iconic King’s Hall site for a second time to work alongside H&J Martin Construction and Choice Housing, to deliver the full electrical package for 81 new homes – a mix of affordable housing and private rental apartments, all built to Lifetime Homes standards and featuring Secured by Design Gold accreditation.

This £14m investment is part of a wider £100m Health & Wellbeing Park, developed by Benmore Octopus, which will combine housing with medical, life sciences, retail, and leisure facilities – reshaping the future of urban living in Belfast.
