Queens University Belfast – Student Accommodation Refurbishment

AM Electrical Services (NI) Ltd have been awarded the contract for the refurbishment of the student accommodation blocks at Elms Village Belfast. This involves the installation of new services and equipment to over 600 student dormitory/study units and 30 kitchens. Works expected to be completed by October 2018.
