REFURBISHMENT HOUSING SCHEME AT 3 WOODLEIGH TERRACE, DERRY

AM Electrical Services (NI) Ltd have been awarded the contract for full electrical installation to the newly refurbished social housing building at Woodleigh Terrace, Derry. The apartment block consists of 18 No. apartments and associated communal areas, and is complete with full Door Access, CCTV and Fire Alarm Services. Works began September 2016 and is expected to be completed by April 2017.
